Ross Meredith brings over 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry, having led operations at premier properties across North America and internationally. He currently serves as the Dual General Manager of the Westin and Delta Hotels in Ottawa.

Nominated to the Board in 2025 by Tourism Ottawa, Ross is actively engaged in both industry and community leadership. He chairs the Ottawa Business Council for all Marriott hotels in the city, is an elected member of the Ottawa Gatineau Hotel Association, and he has previously chaired the Ottawa Tourism Board.

Ross’s leadership has received widespread recognition, including the Distinctive Hotel of the Year award from Marriott International in 2023, along with numerous other career accolades. His operational insight and expertise in guest experience will be strong additions to the Authority’s Board.
