Mark Laroche
President & CEO
Mark Laroche has been the Airport Authority’s President and Chief Executive Officer since March 2013. Prior to this, he was the President and Chief Executive Officer of Canada Lands Company Limited, a Crown corporation that develops and manages federal assets such as the CN Tower, following a 20-year career in senior positions in municipal administration in the province of Quebec.
Mark holds a Master of Business Administration from Concordia University and a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from the Royal Military College of Canada.
Mark is a member of the Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD.D designation). He has also served as a director of the Canadian Airports Council, Aviation Information Sharing and Analysis Center (A-ISAC) and various not-for-profit Boards and task forces, such as Ottawa 2017.
In his spare time, Mark is an avid outdoor enthusiast.
