Marie-Josée Beaulieu

Marie-Josée Beaulieu is a senior lawyer at RPGL Avocats, where she practises labour and employment law, and President of Unisson, a firm specializing in conflict resolution, mediation, workplace harassment investigations, and organizational climate advisory services. Over the course of her career, she founded and led the law firm Lapointe Beaulieu for more than 20 years and taught mediation at the University of Ottawa Faculty of Law.

Recognized for excellence and innovation in human resources management, Marie received the Vision Award – Ray & Berndtson in 2006. She remains deeply committed to her community through board service with Tourisme Outaouais and Maison Mathieu-Froment-Savoie.

Marie holds a Bachelor of Civil Law (LL.L.), magna cum laude, from the University of Ottawa and has been a member of the Barreau du Québec since 1993. She is also accredited by the Commission municipale du Québec as an advisor and trainer in ethics and governance.
