Jane Brydges is a senior executive advisor and organizational change leader with more than 25 years of experience helping complex organizations deliver strategy, transformation, and operational results across the public and private sectors. She brings extensive aviation experience spanning airports, airlines, and air navigation services, including strategic planning, executive alignment, and technology implementation initiatives.

She also has significant governance experience through service on multiple boards and leadership roles in the not-for-profit and academic sectors, including as Chair of the Bishop’s University Foundation. Jane holds two master’s degrees from Massachusetts Institute of Technology, including a Master in City Planning.

As a Director at Large with the Ottawa International Airport Authority Board, Jane brings strategic insight, sector expertise, and a practical approach to governance and organizational leadership.
