O-Train temporary station closure

The O-Train’s Airport station will be closed on June 13 and 14 for the City of Ottawa to perform scheduled maintenance. Line 4 of the LRT, which connects the South Keys station to the airport, will not operate during the two days. 

There will be no changes to the regular 105 bus route that services YOW. 

North Field Sector

The Ottawa International Airport Authority is pleased to offer up to 37 hectares (92 acres) of prime development land in its North Field sector. The available lands support a range of uses, and the majority have current or potential future taxiway access.

LAND USES

Ideal airside uses include:

  • aircraft hangar/maintenance
  • research and development
  • aircraft/avionics technology
  • testing, shipping and logistics

Wide range of permitted groundside uses include:

  • administrative office
  • warehouse
  • training centre
  • research and development
  • personal service business

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  • Taxiway R supports approximately 20 hectares (50 acres) of development on Blocks A and B.
  • Future taxiway allowance conceptually supports Blocks C and E.
  • Services in close proximity to parcels.
