Quotations:

“We are delighted to be able to continue our relationships with our existing partners, while at the same time being able to introduce a number of new concessionaires and create a diverse range of choices for all of our passengers”, said Mark Laroche, Airport Authority President and CEO. “Our passengers have been telling us what they want to see here, in particular a wider and healthier range of eating options, and we think that these changes will help to deliver that award-winning experience that our customers want and deserve.”
