The Alt Hotel is starting to take shape! The installation of below-grade site services, stormwater pipe relocations, and building footings have been completed. Formwork and steel reinforcement are currently being installed at the basement level to level 1, and foundations  are being poured concurrently. Stair and elevator cores for level 1 and some supporting columns for level 2 have been built, and site prep is underway to start work on the concrete floor of level 2. Over the next three months, this concrete superstructure (7-floor hotel), will appear before our eyes!
