We're excited to announce that we have partnered with Metcove to test an app to improve the passenger experience, while offering an accessible feature to people who are deaf and hard of hearing.

The Spoke app provides real-time, audio-to-text messages, in English or French. It will convert announcements being broadcast on our PA system at Gate 17 during the pilot project. ASL/LSQ pre-recorded emergency messages are also integrated to play when triggered by an applicable event.
