Congratulations to Big Rig Brewery on their one-year anniversary at YOW! 

In the last year, they have served over 38,000 guests; 16,000 pints of beer (approx. 9,000 litres); and almost 100,000 appetizers and main dishes, and won recipient for Casual Dining Restaurant of the Year at the 2024 The Moodie Davitt Report’s Airport Food & Beverage (FAB) + Hospitality Awards! Bravo! 

Big Rig is the centrepiece of a fully redeveloped food and beverage program at YOW, which began in 2019 and is expected to be fully implemented next year. 

Our master concession operator SSP America will also be adding a second Bridgehead location (pre-security in Arrivals), a fully renovated Starbucks, proprietary brand Urban Crave, and an Ottawa classic, Zak’s Diner.
