Wednesday, June 25, marks the second Airport Workers Day in Canada, a national campaign led by Canadian Airports Council to celebrate and recognize the people who are fundamental to our aviation ecosystem.

For every flight there are hundreds of touchpoints, from flight operations to security, finance to catering, aircraft maintenance to emergency response, planning for the future of aviation to parking, health and safety to concessions, human resources to business development, law enforcement to cleaning, just to name a few.

Airport workers are the backbone of Canada's air transportation system, ensuring the safe and seamless movement of people and goods. The Airport Authority engaged Mr. Sundae to provide cool treats to employees all over campus as a token of appreciation.
