Are you an experienced heavy equipment operator with a valid AZ driver’s license looking for a position where your skills make a real difference?
You could play a critical role in keeping the airfield safe, operational, and ready for every arrival and departure throughout the winter season at the airport.
What we offer
- Competitive salary range: $35.51 to $40.14
- Shift work (40 hours/week) that provides 24/7 coverage of airport operations, including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as required

The candidate we’re looking for
- Has experience operating heavy equipment safely and confidently
- Has a valid AZ driver’s license
- Demonstrates sound judgment and remains calm under pressure
- Takes pride in delivering high-quality work.
- Works well independently and as part of a team
- Is committed to maintaining a safe workplace and following established procedures
- Adapts to changing operational priorities and weather conditions
- Is able to communicate effectively in English
