Maintenance of airfield surfaces, including runways, taxiways, aprons and other surfaces.

Are you an experienced heavy equipment operator with a valid AZ driver’s license looking for a position where your skills make a real difference? 

You could play a critical role in keeping the airfield safe, operational, and ready for every arrival and departure throughout the winter season at the airport.

 

What we offer

  • Competitive salary range: $35.51 to $40.14
  • Shift work (40 hours/week) that provides 24/7 coverage of airport operations, including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as required

The candidate we’re looking for

  • Has experience operating heavy equipment safely and confidently
  • Has a valid AZ driver’s license
  • Demonstrates sound judgment and remains calm under pressure
  • Takes pride in delivering high-quality work.
  • Works well independently and as part of a team
  • Is committed to maintaining a safe workplace and following established procedures
  • Adapts to changing operational priorities and weather conditions
  • Is able to communicate effectively in English
